Green Forbes Residences Phase 3 is an economic housing project located in Loma De Gato, Marilao Bulacan. It has a strategic location that is a few kilometers away from the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy in Marilao; and it is also accessible from NLEX, which is 15 minutes away from the project and, 35 minutes going to Balintawak.

The project is located near the public market and a few schools--like Loma de Gato Elementary School.
