Goldstar’s first launch, Karlaville Parkhomes is the first horizontal mass housing project catering to clients in Trece Martirez, Cavite. Because of the success of the project and its increasing investor confidence, the company saw the opportunity for developing even more horizontal housing development, thus the emergence of Green Forbes Residences (Bulacan), Green Forbes City (Cavite) and Tagaytay forbes Residences.
